Podcast订阅：

 

第一步：打开itunes如图鼠标选择高级>订购Pocast

第二步：点击之后跳出这个输入种子文件的框，在里面输入你要预定的Podcast种子文件路径：

第三步：刚才点击确定之后，您预定的节目就会自动更新到您的电脑中，不过itunes应该只默认更新最新的一期节目

第四步：如果您想下载所有的节目，您可以在偏好设置中设置，如图：

这就明白了吧！
